The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to chapter VIII "Final Provisions and Transitional Provisions" of the Law "On collecting and accounting a single fee for mandatory state social insurance" (re reducing the burden on salary fund)

The legislative act aims to reduce the burden and stimulate legitimization of income of payers of a single fee for mandatory state social insurance.

The law recognizes clause 3 of section II "Final Provisions and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re reforming mandatory state social insurance and legalization of remuneration fund” as invalid.

The bill was registered under No. 1863.
